Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Pre-order items: Pre-order products have an estimated turnaround time (TAT) of approximately 2 weeks before they ship. This allows time for production and quality checks. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

International Shipping

At this time, Salty MILF ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Salty MILF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking indicates that your package has been lost, please contact us at saltymilf.co@gmail.com, and we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are unable to replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier to file a claim.
